The Sales Manager, staff and installer kept me informed of the progress of my install. There was a glitch in my install, but they store owned up to it and corrected the issue. My new head unit and speakers sound great. I look forward to adding dashcams to our cars and other updates with Car Toys

Car Toys at Willowbrook has installed sound systems on three of my vehicles. Each time they did and outstanding job. The first installation was upgrading a factory system on a new vehicle. They were the only place that would evend attempt it because of the difficulty. It was a difficult job, required help from their tech support people, and worked beautifully when finished. The second involved an older high end luxury vehicle the dealership would not service. Again Car Toys came through with a beautifully installed system complete with backup camera. The third installation on a high end SUV was just finished and I'm thoroughly pleased. All three systems have Bluetooth hands-free phone operation, USB connectivity, and music streaming capabilities also. A special thanks to Tim for his extra effort especially on the last unit where he managed to keep all the factory touch screen controls for the AC system operational on a seperate panel. Great work on a difficult task.

I came in due to an issue with my 2013 Cadillac's screen. It is a known issue with the screen just not working properly. I noticed it when I test drove the car, but the salesman said it was fixed and when he brought it back around I tapped some buttons and it worked, so I thought it was fixed. As I was literally driving off the lot the radio started wigging out. When I called back, I basically got the run-around. After doing some research I found the issue to be a known deal. I located the part, made a couple phone calls, and was not hearing good prices just to replace the screen. They were so high that it made sense to just to replace the whole thing. I scrapped the idea and then started getting my mind set on just replacing the radio. I let it sit there for a few months, ok 6+, before I popped in to CarToys the other day and started talking to Tim. Of course, I started out looking at new radio's. I was asking him about the install and the cost of the radio. It was about in line with what I had been quoted on the phone at other places. As our dialogue continued, he said if I had the part, it would def be cheaper just to replace that. I hadn't told him any info about the other quotes I had gotten. He gave me a price quote and I was alot more comfortable with that. Well, I made my appt for when I was off and showed up to drop it off. I had already decided based on our conversation previously, that I would just go watch a couple movies at AMC while they did the work. It is a short walk, and who couldn't use a few extra steps every day. Well, mother nature threw a curveball and when I had made the appt, it was raining. I asked one of the other guys if he could drive the car back bc of the rain, and he had no problem with that (if this gets him trouble, it shouldn't because I will be back to spend more money eventually just bc of the service I received). To finish up this long story, I spent the after noon watching movies, while Tim knocked my car radio out. I am very pleased with the work and service I received. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, or give them the 5 star review, based on the service and work that was done. Thanks again fellas! I can't wait to bring it back when I have some other things in mind to get done....

The installation was completed in a timely fashion. The technician Victor was very knowledgeable about the product and very professional throughout the installation. I am extremely happy.

Tim at the Willowbrook location is always awesome and yesterday was no different. I came in and talked to the guy up front (he’s always pretty cool as well) and let him know what’s was going on with my trucks Compustar alarm. As soon as Tim had time, he came up front, got an understanding of what he was up against and got to me as soon as he could. I’ve brought three different vehicles up there over the years and Tim has always been the same professional. It seems that quality drives him and that’s why I keep coming back. I don’t be wanting to, but I just pay it. “Every time.”
