Overview
Every minute a technician spends digging for a part is a minute they are not billing. Car Toys installs commercial van shelving, bins, drawer units and cargo partitions that put every tool and part in a known place and keep the load secured while driving.
A bulkhead partition separates the driver from the cargo area, helps keep loose items from moving forward in a hard stop, and can make heating and cooling the cab more efficient. We build layouts for each trade, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, telecom, delivery and general service, and install them consistently across fleets and dealer stock units.

- Interior conduit tubes, ladder hooks and long-item racks.
- Floors and wall liners
- Composite floors, rubber mats and wall liners that protect the van's body.

- E-track, D-rings and tie-down points to keep cargo in place.

Build and review a pilot
For multi-vehicle orders we upfit one vehicle first and walk it with your team before the rest of the order is built to match.

Install, test and document
Every vehicle is installed to the manufacturers' instructions, tested system by system, and documented.

Deliver ready to work
Vehicles are returned on schedule with documentation, so they go straight into service.

Questions we hear often
Which vans can you set up?
We install shelving and partitions in full-size, high-roof and mid-size cargo vans, and storage in pickups and box trucks.
Can you design a layout for our trade?
Yes. Tell us what your crews carry and we will recommend a layout and parts list, then install a pilot van for approval.
Do partitions affect the seats?
Partitions are designed for each van model and seat configuration. We will specify the right partition for your seats, including some recline-friendly options.
Can dealers order pre-installed shelving on stock vans?
Yes. Through our Dealer Program we install popular shelving packages on stock units so they are ready to sell and deliver.
