Overview
Emergency response vehicles come in every shape: chief and battalion SUVs, EMS supervisor trucks, rescue and utility pickups, water and public-works response units. Each one needs warning equipment, scene lighting, organized storage and reliable power that holds up to constant use. Car Toys Commercial installs that equipment to your department's spec and to the manufacturers' instructions.
We plan every vehicle as a complete system, from the control head on the dash to the drawers in the bed, so equipment is where your crews expect it and nothing overloads the vehicle's electrical system. When your department adds a new unit, we can match it to the vehicles already in service.
What we install
- Warning lights and sirens
- Light bars, grille, intersection and rear warning lights, sirens and speakers, wired through a switch panel or programmable controller.
- Scene and work lighting
- LED scene lights, flood and spot lighting, ground lights and compartment lighting for safer work at night.
- Slide-out and drawer storage
- Bed and cargo slides, drawer systems, tool and equipment mounts for SUVs and pickups.
- Command and incident setups
- Fold-down work surfaces, document storage, laptop docks and charging for command vehicles.
- Power management
- Auxiliary batteries, battery isolators, low-voltage disconnects, inverters and shoreline charging so equipment is always ready.
- Communications provisioning
- Antenna mounts, cable runs and power for radios, modems and other communications equipment.

Vehicles are returned on schedule with documentation, so they go straight into service.

Questions we hear often
Do you work with fire and EMS departments?
Yes. We install equipment on chief, command, supervisor and support vehicles, and on rescue and utility pickups. Apparatus built on custom fire chassis is usually handled by the apparatus manufacturer.
Can you match a vehicle to our existing fleet?
Yes. Send us photos or the spec for a vehicle already in service, and we will match the layout on the new unit.
Can you add shoreline charging?
Yes. We install shoreline inlets and onboard chargers so vehicles stay charged while parked in the station.
