Overview
Every serious build reaches a point where an off-the-shelf part does not fit. Car Toys fabrication designs and builds brackets, mounts, switch panels, enclosures and trim pieces for overland, fleet and public-safety vehicles, so equipment mounts solidly and looks like it came from the factory.
Along with metalwork, we design and 3D-print custom housings for switches, displays, cameras and electronics, matched to the shape of your dash or console. It is the same fabrication capability we use across every program, and it is why our installs look clean and hold up on rough roads.

For multi-vehicle orders we upfit one vehicle first and walk it with your team before the rest of the order is built to match.

Every vehicle is installed to the manufacturers' instructions, tested system by system, and documented.

Deliver ready to work
Vehicles are returned on schedule with documentation, so they go straight into service.

Yes. Fabrication is available across our fleet, municipal and dealer programs, and parts can be repeated across many vehicles.
