I came in to Federal Way Car Toys on a mission to upgrade the sound of my stereo sytem. I bought new speakers and a 5 channel amp and really like how it sounds. It makes my 90 minute daily commute so much more tolerable. The installers had to ask to keep my car a few extra days which wasn't a huge inconvenience for me since i had another vehicle to drive, but could see how that could of ruined someones week for sure. I can't say I received a great deal but I will say I am happy with what I bought.

One thing I've always liked is you can walk into the store and not get pounced on by a sales person. You can shop then find help but someone does eventually come over to you. Friendly staff that answered all my questions. Only reason for only 4 stars, and this is for all stores, is the stock . Sales keep happening but so many items out of stock bot in store and online. Fix that issue and you're 5 stars again!
