Choose Your Finish
Pro Tint PPF Gloss - Our own self-healing, high-clarity paint protection film, built for Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain roads. Nearly invisible and keeps your factory shine.
Pro Tint PPF Matte - The same self-healing Pro Tint film with a satin finish. Gives gloss paint a matte look or protects factory matte and satin paint.
Why Paint Protection Film
Stops Rock Chips - Thick, clear thermoplastic urethane absorbs impacts from gravel and road debris that chip paint.
Self-Healing - Light swirls and scratches disappear with heat from the sun or warm water.
Invisible Protection - High-gloss clear film keeps your factory finish looking new and helps protect resale value.
Resists Stains - Helps guard against bug acid, bird droppings, tree sap and road salt.
Why Car Toys
Professional Installers - Car Toys has installed window tint and car electronics in Washington and Colorado for decades. Our PPF installers are trained and work in clean installation bays.
How much does full car PPF cost? Full Car paint protection film at Car Toys is from $4,750 installed. Matte finish, trucks and SUVs may cost more, and parts charge is calculated at the store level.
How long does PPF last? Quality paint protection film typically lasts 5 to 10 years or more with proper care.
What are the aftercare instructions for PPF? For the first 7 days, do not wash the car, and do not pick at or lift any film edges. Small water bubbles or haze are normal and clear on their own as the film cures. After the first week, hand wash with a pH-neutral car soap and a soft microfiber mitt, keep pressure washers at least 12 inches from film edges, skip abrasive polishes, compounds and harsh solvents, and remove bird droppings, bug splatter and tree sap promptly.
Can PPF go on new paint? Factory paint is ready right away. Fresh body-shop paint should cure about 30 days first.
Can PPF go on plastic parts? No. Paint protection film is made for painted surfaces only. Unpainted or textured plastic parts, such as black plastic trim, grilles and lower bumper pieces, cannot be paint protected.
How long will you need my car? For best results, we need your vehicle for 48 hours. That gives our installers time to prep the paint, fit the film and let it set.
