Was completely overwhelmed by my experience. I did not have high expectations going in as my stereo upgrade was not going to be a standard one. Difficult car model for a new head unit. Car Toys team at Kine Tree was incredibly professional and responsive and I ended up with a great solution. Highly recommended.

WOW! The staff at Car Toys Park Meadows exceeded my wildest expectations! I bought a used car that had a Clifford alarm installed. The alarm wasn't working properly, and the Clifford site listed Car Toys as a service dealer. So I called and was told, "Come on in! We're ready to help!" When I got there, I explained that I had replaced the remote battery and now it wouldn't pair with the system. Brian (I call him Brian Da Bomb!) immediately took a look, and after a few minutes pulled my car into the service bay. 20 minutes later, he came and showed me the connector that had corroded. It was already replaced and everything worked perfectly! Brian also took the time to tell me which Clifford model I have (so I can get a manual for the darn thing) and explained the key features. I discovered I have Remote Start! Who knew?!? I can't say enough good things about this shop. It's not the first time I've been there, but this experience was absolutely great. Trust them with your automotive babies... and be sure to ask for Brian!

I had a remote start put into my car, and it was done just as they said it would be done. Customer service was fast and friendly. They actually had it done earlier than expected.
