PLAN COVERAGE
- Mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use, before and after the manufacturer warranty ends.
- Diagnostics, removal, and reinstallation of covered equipment performed by Car Toys or authorized service centers, with no deductible.
- Access to customer service and nationwide authorized service partners for qualifying coverage.
IN-STORE CREDIT
If you keep continuous coverage for the full term (up to 5 years) and never file a covered claim, you receive in-store credit equal to 100% of the original protection plan price.
In-store credit is issued as a Car Toys store value (such as a credit or warranty redemption card) that can be applied toward future product or service purchases, subject to posted terms and validity dates for up to 1 year after expiration.
Credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and must be used in-store (or where allowed online) before the stated expiration date on the credit.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The covered product must remain in your possession and installed in the original vehicle unless the plan explicitly allows transfer.
Any claim filed under the plan (repair, replacement, or settlement) uses the coverage and makes the money-back store credit benefit no longer available.
All other Car Toys policies, including return, gift card, and store credit rules, apply to issued credits under this program.
