Boomy's Build Out — Official Sweepstakes Rules

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Open only to legal residents of Washington State and the state of Colorado who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Boomy's Build Out Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on July 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time and ends on August 23, 2026 at 9:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Washington State and Colorado who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void in all jurisdictions other than Washington and Colorado, and where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Each method carries equal odds of winning.
(a) In-store entry. Visit any of the eighteen (18) Car Toys retail locations in Washington or Colorado during the Sweepstakes Period, scan the official Boomy's Build Out QR code displayed at the in-store entry station, and complete the official entry form it opens. Entry must be completed while at the store location. Limit one (1) entry per person per day per location.
(b) Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card or postcard, and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 23, 2026 and received by August 28, 2026, Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
5. Drawing
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held on or about August 23, 2026 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a custom Car Toys vehicle build with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of ten thousand U.S. dollars ($10,000 USD). The Grand Prize includes professional installation by a Car Toys–authorized technician of a winner-selected combination of Car Toys products and services up to the stated ARV, which may include but is not limited to head unit, speakers, amplifier, subwoofer), remote start, backup camera, and related accessories and associated labor.. Final product selection is subject to availability and to Sponsor's approval.
Winner must own (or be the registered lessee of) and provide the vehicle on which the prize work will be performed. The vehicle must be in safe operating condition, currently registered and insured, and free of any liens or encumbrances that would prevent installation work. All installation work must be scheduled at and performed by an authorized Car Toys installation location in Washington or Colorado, and must be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) days of winner notification.
No cash equivalent, prize substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If for any reason the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any costs associated with vehicle delivery and pick-up, registration, insurance, fuel, and any post-installation maintenance. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 to the winner reporting the ARV of the prize.
Sponsor guarantees that all labor performed for Boomy’s Buildout to be free from defective workmanship for the period of time in which the recipient owns hir or her vehicle. All product supplied for Boomy’s Buildout will carry the manufacturer’s original product warranty. In the event a product proves to be defective, the Sponsor will replace the failed product for a period of one year after the completion of Boomy’s Buildout.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort, fails to respond, fails to sign and return required documents, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, notification, or approval.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or use, acceptance, or misuse of the prize.
11. Disputes
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Car Toys Privacy Policy, available at [LEGAL: URL]. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes and for the marketing purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Winner List
