This was my first time shopping at Car Toys, and my experience was exceptional! Shawn was my Service Advisor, and he is superb to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, showed me the various entertainment centers and speakers I was interested in and discussed installation options for my 2003 Honda CR-V. I ultimately decided on a new Kenwood receiver, 2 sets of door speakers, a rearview camera, window tinting and interior/exterior detailing of my vehicle. I could not be happier with the quality of service I was given! I hope Shawn is recognized and rewarded for his outstanding customer service, attention to detail, product knowledge and friendliness . The Service Department Technicians were also amazing on the installation of my new components! Outstanding job.... I highly recommend Car Toys, and I will continue to be a loyal customer there!

I believe they are a bit overpriced compared to Best Buy, but their service is wonderful. They installed my radio within the exact time frame, same day. Excellent job. Store and shop should be cleaner.
