The support that Zoombak provides is useless. I had a unit that worked for about a month then unit no longer had power even though it was installed with a vehicle kit. It took over a week to get authorized for a new unit. I had to mail it to them. They sent a new one but it doesn't communicate. I have called every day for the last week and it still doesn't work. replacement unit will not activate.
