About the xeMini solar panel: We use an 800mW panel, which features high efficiency mono-crystalline cells encapsulated in glass (not plastic). Our panel is UL1703 certified, which is the highest global standard for rating the safety and performance of a cell of this type. This panel easily outlasts and outperforms virtually all the competition. It costs more, but it's worth it. Most allegedly "solar" chargers have done nothing but disappoint people.
