Rules and Regulations Drawing All eligible registrants will be entered into a drawing to be held on or before September 30th, 2004 at the CAR TOYS headquarters at 20 West Galer, Seattle, WA 98119. One winner will be drawn from all registrants who enter this contest. Winner need not be present for drawing. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER ELIGIBLE PERSON. Registration Contestants may enter online at www.cartoys.com or at any Car Toys location. If entry forms are not available or the online entry does not submit, you may enter by sending your name, address and phone number to the CAR TOYS Headquarters at the address above. All mail-in entries must meet all other entry requirements and must be postmarked by September 1st, 2004. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. Photocopied entries are not allowed. Prizes One contestant’s name will be randomly drawn from all entries per prize. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older and be a legal resident of the United States. Identification will be required and verified. Winner assumes all tax liability including sales tax in the state where the winner resides, as well as federal income tax on the total value of the prize and F.O.B. shipping charges. $15,000 retail value prize will be awarded.
