Unlike FM transmitters--which often suffer from static and interference--the FM modulator plugs directly
into your factory or after-market stereo, where it shields the system from intrusion by over-the-air FM
stations. The device is particularly handy in crowded radio markets such as urban areas, where
interference from neighboring FM stations can often creep into the Sirius signal. To install, simply connect
the FM out from your FM modulator to the FM antenna input of your stereo head unit. Once youre
connected, the modulators internal relay will switch between Sirius operation (when the receiver is
powered on) and AM/FM radio (when the receiver is turned off). Compatible with Sirius Starmate,
