Just what I needed. It replaced a dead Alpine and the ease of install was less than 10 minutes, since all the cables were already in place. I'm using it as a bridged sub driver. The sub is driving a boxed, behind-the-seat 8" Punch and does an excellent job. I have it in a standard, full-sized Chevy truck. It may be I've forgotten how well the bass end sounds since my amp was dead for 2 months, but I'd swear this amp sounds a lot better than my old one. The lows aren't mushy, but tight and distinct between notes. The added 45 Hz punch is neat to have, a little extra kick in the low end. All-in-all, I'd buy it again and am very happy with it.
